Quality and Safety Consultancy
1. Occ Safety & Process Safety Training-Occ stands for Occupational Safety
Occupational and Process Safety training are important tools for informing workers and managers about workplace and process hazards and controls so they can work more safely and be more productive.
Also it is to provide workers and managers with a greater understanding of the safety and health program itself, so that they can contribute to its development and implementation.
Education and training provides employers, managers, supervisors, and workers with:
§ Knowledge and skills needed to do their work safely and avoid creating hazards that could place themselves or others at risk.
§ Awareness and understanding of workplace hazards and how to identify, report, and control them.
§ Specialized training, when their work involves unique hazards such as process safety hazards
§ Apart from preventing incidents at the workplace, Organisations that invest in Safety training will be recognised by Customers and all the relevant stake holders and will directly or indirectly benefit the organisation with better business opportunities, especially, from multinational and local Clients.
2. 3rd Party Safety & QA/QC Inspection
§ We provide an independent Safety and Quality Assurance / Quality Control inspection during new Projects construction or major turnaround of existing Companies.
§ From materials and equipment inspection to safety management, we provide the complete services for the Client as per their specification.
§ We can also act as a 3rd Party or independent Inspection Consultant for the Client for managing the Occupational Safety and Quality of the main contractors and sub-contractors to ensure quality and safety is maintained throughout the project.
3. Safety Audits
Plant or factory audits
Audits help companies assess and improve their processes and plans, which should improve employee safety.
Audits can also be used to track progress toward safety goals. As such, audits gauge both what is working well and what may need to be improved. During the audit, written plans, procedures and other documents should be reviewed, which can help auditors to establish a baseline to compare the written process with actual action.
Part of this review includes looking for strengths and weaknesses in the procedures — both in what is written down and what is happening on the floor.
Talking with employees who operate machinery or otherwise follow the procedures being audited provides additional insight.
Because they use the process regularly, they should be able to fully explain not only how things operate, but also what works well and what could be done differently.
Audits help organisation to understand their operations and projects better from a 3rd party perspective to improve their operations.
Also, audits provide the organisations better visibility for their products and services to multinationals and this enhances the chances of business opportunities.
